2019 update: Website is now much more modern, and much faster. No way to browse by country any more, but their international selection looks to be much smaller now so probably not needed.

Original review:
Great selection of beers, especially from northern UK breweries and they get a lot of the top UK stuff in. Also a nice range from the USA and Belgium too. Customer service is superb - a beer which I particularly wanted was missing from one of my orders, but within an hour of notifying them of the error they had sent out the missing bottle and I received it the next day. Pricing is generally really good, in line with what you'd expect. Shipping cost is ok. Packaging is really good, big strong box with shredded cardboard padding it out.
My main complaint with this website is how dated their website is. Looks like it literally hasn't changed since the 90s and it's slow and not very user-friendly.
