Ordered from these guys quite frequently. Selection is pretty good but has been better in the past, good amount in from Europe though, particularly Spain and Ireland, and of course usually a lot of the latest fuss beers from the UK.
Pricing was fantastic but I did notice they became less competitive in the last year or so, but with the new way their "Bank" membership works now they're back to being very competitive, for members at least.
They're always extremely quick to dispatch, usually same day if you order before lunch time.
Customer service is really good, relatively quick to answer questions on live chat during business hours, and a couple of years ago they were very receptive to suggestions to improve their website and quickly implemented some of mine (such as the ability to browse by country).
Packaging is fine, branded box with dividers. Delivery is the one weak point as Yodel is their primary courier. I've thankfully not had too many issues, and their next day service is typically quite reliable. However on more than one occasion Yodel simply did not show up on the day they said they would so I had to wait 1 or 2 days extra not knowing what was going on with my beers. Royal Mail was added as an alternative courier choice which is nice but they don't offer next day delivery with this.
