Website looking a little dated for 2017 but nevertheless fairly easy to use and browse. Being a homebrew shop the focus doesn't lie in the beers, but with this in mind the selection is fairly good with well over 100 to choose from, many of them from local Bristol breweries, with a handful of internationals.
Pricing is fine, exactly as I'd expect really, as is the shipping cost. At first I was a bit taken aback by the packaging with a very tired and battered box showing up at my door. Fortunately inside was another box containing the actual beers, lots of cardboard pieces and bubble wrap offering ample protection.
I was also happy with the communication. One of my beers was out of stock when ordering, I was given the choice of either waiting for more to arrive, choose a replacement, or get it refunded. I chose to wait and ended up getting my order a day earlier than expected.
Not somewhere I'd shop regularly but definitely one to be aware of.
