Beer Hawk

Ordered from here a couple of times as they were the only place to get certain beers (KBS, BCBS and other ABInbev owned brands). Pretty big selection of beers on the website, but it's somewhat misleading as out of stock beers seem to never be cleared and there's no way to filter them out.
Pricing is definitely on the cheaper side, presumably due to the massive buying power they now have. Had to deal with their customer service twice. First was due to a missing beer, to be fair they resolved the issue with a refund quite promptly, you're encouraged to take the refund in the form of beer tokens of double the value. The second time was because my order was never even dispatched. After chasing them up I discovered it was due to stock issues, why they couldn't have told me this in the first place and asked if I wanted to replace/refund them is beyond me. This business seems to be going downhill fast judging by all the negative reviews being left on various sites.
Packaging was fine, branded box with dividers. Delivery was promised "within 3 days" but took 4, not a huge issue for me but speed is not a strong suit of theirs. One other area of complaint is the lack of freshness of that some beers received, being close to their BBD, or worse, already past it.
Overall it's hard to recommend a site like this now that ABI are involved. A lot of the top craft beer breweries can't be found here any more.
