Website is clean and easy to use, nicely designed. Selection is limited to their own beers, only about 3 or 4 different ones in stock mostly. Pricing is very good, cheaper buying direct from them rather than bottleshops.
All orders are consolidated and shipped out on Monday's so if you order mid-week you will have to wait a while. Packaging is fine, boxes with dividers which are designed for 12 cans so it's a bit overkill for only have a handful of cans, no extra padding inside. Not had to communicate with them but the usual order confirmation and shipping notifications were there.
