Additional notes
This is Randall's Wines & Spirts "Internet shop", the location is given is for their Fairview Heights, IL store but they also have three stores in St. Louis, MO.
The shipping page only lists prices for a select few states and it is unclear if the states listed on the FAQ page are still being shipped to, so it may be worth contacting them before placing an order to be sure.
Somewhat confusingly Randall's have a separate online shop (http://shoprandalls.com ) which seems to show different stock and pricing in some cases, and only ships within the St. Louis area of Missouri (or Illinois if you choose the Fairview Heights store).
