Beer Merchants

Had quite a few deliveries from this site in the past few years. Always prompt and well packaged. Excellent selection of UK beers and a good international selection too. Certain breweries (for example Lervig) are often first found here and are cheaper than every other site as parent company Cave Direct are the importers. Pricing is very reasonable on everything else pretty much exactly what you'd expect. Shipping is also well priced, delivery isn't always the fastest, usually within 48 hours but sometimes longer. Packaging is a branded box with dividers, quite roomy but never had any issues.
Only area I have minor issues with is their communication. Had a couple of emails ignored back in 2016, and more recently had to chase one up after a day, but did get a response then. No other incidents though, and never usually need to contact them.
Overall a great shop and always worth checking out, fairly decent for top UK releases from the likes of Cloudwater too.
