A Hoppy Place

One to be avoided in my experience!

Ordered 9 beers from 9 different breweries which were in stock. I specifically stated with the order that I only wanted replacement beers for anything out of stock from the same brewery. NOT HAPPY when only 8 were in the box, and one of those was from a different (cheaper and unwanted) brewery. To add insult to injury, that means the cost of each beer to me is proportionally higher because of their errors. I contacted them and asked they send the missing beers. They REFUSED and are refunding the value. I asked if they would please supply the beers ordered, which I had not received because of THEIR ERROR. Or if not, suggested 2 other beers. They REFUSED this too. NB - postage is £9 not £6!
